Where is Dolphin Spotting Boat Trips located?

Trips depart from the Harbour Master's Building on the Main Pier of New Quay. 

Please note, this is New Quay in West Wales, not Newquay, Cornwall. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds for tickets booked by mistake.

Before you set sail information

Please note: These trips depart from New Quay, Wales (SA45), not Newquay in Cornwall

Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. Dolphins are wild animals, so every trip is different. Spotting them is all part of the adventure!

Arriving for your boat trip

  • Please arrive at the end of the main pier at least 10 minutes before departure
  • During school holidays, bank holidays and peak periods, allow up to 1 hour for parking and travel to the pier
  • Popular nearby car parks: SA45 9PB and SA45 9QH
  • There's no need to visit the booking office before your trip. Head straight to your boat

  • Boats cannot wait for late arrivals and missed trips may not be refundable
  • If you're running late, call 01545 560 800 or 07973 272 241 as soon as possible
  • Please make sure you know your boat name and departure time before boarding
